We are out to revolutionise the way we do the before and after birth.

We provide expert, empowering education pre baby that covers all the bits you really need to know and via our online platform help you to find the postnatal care you need. We are all about giving families choice through balanced information and good support, so that their journey into parenthood is as joyful as it can be.

We are motivated by personal experiences and know how life changing it can be to be fully informed pre birth and to have some good support after birth.

About The Nest Club.

Meera drinks coffee. Lots of coffee. She has two children, 6 and 9. That’s why she drinks coffee. Coffee has been her best friend for nearly a decade.

She founded The Nest Club after finding that she felt completely unprepared for the reality of birth and having a tiny human to take care of. Having heard the same story of exhaustion and despair from so many at what is meant to be one of the biggest and most exciting adventures in life, she decided it was time to turn antenatal education on its head and set out to create the anti-antenatal course, or at least one that really focused on the reality of birth, mental health, relationships, sex, the pelvic floor, fertility and all the sticky stuff in between. Feeling empowered and understanding rights and options, as well as having proper care and support after birth, can turn the classic ‘oh shit, what now’ moment that hits every new parent, into confidence and joy. Unproven, but she has a strong hunch it might lead to less coffee drinking too.
