It’s easy to underestimate how life changing becoming a parent can be. in the most wonderful ways and of course in the ‘wake you up in a cold sweat’ kind of ways. that is, of course, if you were asleep in the first place! the partners, family, friends, neighbours and fellow mums and dads that help to pick up the pieces and help make it ok again are the stars that make our hearts sing with joy. and those that reach out for help in the first place, the hardest thing in the world to do..we salute you.
